A new feature has been added to allow notifications to display on the top of the customer record, if they belong to a certain group. The notification banner will display at the top of the account, so it can be easily seen by users.
To make use of this feature:
1. Go to Settings > Groups
2. Click on 'Settings' for the group where you would like the notification displayed for:

3. Set 'Notification' to "On", if you would like it to display for the group
4. Notification color - choose the color you would like the banner to display in
5. Notification Text - Enter the wording that should be displayed in the banner

6. Once Enabled, the notification banner will display at the top of the customer record:
