2022-1Q: [EUP] Automatic "End User Portal" activation - additional options

A new feature has been added that allows for the End User Portal credentials to be automatically sent to customers in additional statuses.

Previously this was only possible when adding a customer to SIMPLer.

To make use of this feature:

1. Hover over "Settings" => Modify WISP

2. Make a selection with one of the below options
