2021-2Q: [CRM] Hotspot Token Expiry Notification

A new feature has been added to enhance the Hotspot / Cronjob functionality.

It allows for an operator to automatically notify customers in advance of the expiry of their hotspot token.


To make use of this feature:

  1. Click on Settings => Cronjobs

  2. Add Blank Row and select "Hotspot: Token Expiry notify"

Operators can choose the number of days before expiry that the notification should be sent and exclude certain hotspot products

3. Under WISP settings, Operator Emails / SMS, add a new email type "hotspot_token_expiry"

Email variables that can be used are:

%CUSTOMER_NAME%

%CUSTOMER_INVOICINGID%

%CUSTOMERID%

%DAYS_TO_EXPIRE%
