2011-2Q: SIMPLer: Installer Tracking Email
New feature has been added to the "Installer Tracking" of SIMPLer system that allows to send an email to installer notifying them about the maintenance ticket that is assigned to them. To send an email go to the "Installer Tracking >>" and click on the black envelope at the right hand side of the installer tracking table (fig. 1). Note that in order to send an email installer must be assigned to the appropriate maintenace ticket.

There is an option to create custom email title/body using variable "installer_tracking_email" under global WISP settings, i.e.: settings->modify WISP - "Operator Emails" section (fig. 2)

The variables need to be put between %% signs in order to be recognized by the system. Below is the list of available variables:
