SMs Configuration not updating Customers from Post to Current
When Operators experience this issue it is important that the Customer’s AP is configured correctly
To configure this:
1. Go to the Network Device Configuration and ensure that the SM Re-authentication Interval is set so that it can pick up on any changes at a regular interval.
Either when the customer is changed from Current to Post or vice versa (from Post to Current).

Should you experience any problems, and you have checked that the Customer’s AP is ok, please contact Support before the SM is rebooted or any other changes are made.
This will assist us investigating what the issue may be.
