2011-1Q: EUP: Disallow editing credit card details

A new option has been added to the SIMPLer system that allows Operators to disable option to edit or delete credit card details from End User Portal level. This option may become necessary for customers who are moving out from their properties and do not pay their last bills. It can be set up under Credit Card Details in SIMPLer system (Fig.1). Setting this option will hide and prevent customers from editing/deleting credit cards (Fig. 2)
