2010-3Q: SIMPLer: Customer Contacts Improvements

Customer contacts can now be edited by the operator. The changes applied are described as follows:

1) A new "Edit contact" button was added to allow operators to access the edit page.

2) On the contact edit page, customers are allowed to edit/delete all the contacts in the contact list. or add a new contact.
