2022-1Q: [CRM] Email Template for Email Trigger

A new feature has been added to enhance the email functionality. It allows for an operator to create an email template which is sent by a trigger e.g. customers status change.

Use case scenario: when an Operator wants to send an email automatically to a customer when their status changed to Waiting for Install. This is handy when an operator wants to communicate to a customer what the next steps are in the process or inform of action needed from customer.

To make use of this feature:

1. Under menu 'Settings' > 'Modify SPID' proceed to section 'Operator Emails / SMS'

2. Create email Type 'Installation_Notification'

3. Complete the fields and save the changes

4. Select 'Settings' from the menu and proceed to External API (triggers)

Next step is to setup a trigger for an email to go out to customer :

1. Select button 'Add Blank Row' to add a new trigger

2. Complete the fields Email_From and Email_Subject

3. For the other fields copy information as shown below across.
