A new option has been released that allows Operator to set up number of attempts (up to 10) of credit card auto payment. Option is available under WISP settings ( settings -> Modify WISP) - "Credit Card Details Settings" section. If given credit card number of failures reaches number set under WISP settings auto-payment will be turned off for this credit card.
If this is set to "Off" there is no limit to the number of times that Auto Payment will attempt to receive payment and Auto Payment will not be turned off.
To enhance this feature and the ability to track the number of attempts the customer has already had, a 'Failed Tracker' has been developed. This makes it easier for a user to see what is going on on the customer's account.
Whenever the counter hits the allowed number of attempts it will be displayed red, and when it is close it will be orange/amber.
