2010-3Q: SIMPLer: Ability to preserve operator's map current view settings

An update has been applied to improve operator's google map viewing experience. By default the map is being automatically refreshed every 5 minutes to update Network Health Monitor status for monitored equipment. Refreshing was causing all default view settings to be restored what in some cases could be inconvenient to a user.

New functionality has been added to preserve the map view state. Settings like current position, zoom, map type, selected marker groups are stored on-the-fly as browser cookies and are restored when page refreshes or when the map is visited again later. There is also an option "Reset view state" on the map view bar to restore default view settings when needed:

Map auto - refreshing can also be disabled from General Operator Settings page (users -> Modify WISP):
