2010-2Q: SIMPLer: Ability to enable / disable specific credit card type

A new feature has been deployed to the SIMPLer system that allows Operator to choose which credit card types are available in dropdown lists in SIMPLer and EUP. Options are available under "Settings->Modify WISP" page, under "Credit Card Details Settings" section (Fig 1):

Credit card type can be chosen from "Type" drop-down list under "Credit Card Details" page in SIMPLer by going to the credit card details page in SIMPLer and adding/modifying a new card:

Credit Card type can be chosen also in EUP under "Account->Personal Details -> Add/Edit Credit Card (Fig. 3)"
