2010-3Q: EUP: Ability to change customer's End User Portal username

An ability has been added to allow an operator to override customer's username to End User Portal.

By default the customer's Invoicing ID is used as a login username:

The addition allows to use custom username independent from Invoicing ID. Click on "modify" next to "End User Portal" to apply changes:

After submitting changes new details are being sent to specified email address and are reflected on Customer Details page:
