SIMPLer has been enhanced with support for displaying configurable links to external platforms. These links are unlimited in number and can be organized into user-defined sections (e.g., 'Adtran,' 'uISP' in the screenshot provided). A key benefit is the ability to dynamically construct link URLs using any reference field from the customer record, such as 'DeviceId' and 'SubscriberId' to create https://serviceprovider.smartrg.com/prime-home/customer/subscriberId/129/deviceId/66.
