2022-3Q: [REPT] FCC - Form 477 / BDC Report addition

We have implemented the BDC (Broadband Data Collection) - Fixed Broadband Subscription report.

This only needs to be used if an operator’s tech codes for BDC differ from the original form 477.

To make use of this feature:

1. Define the default BDC tech code under SPID settings

2. An operator is able to override the BDC – Tech Code on a customer account under the general tab

3. When you run the reports the Form 477 options are now on the left and the BDC reports are on the right
