2022-2Q: [INST] Maintenance Tickets - Unassigned Tickets
A new search criterion has been added to the Maintenance Ticket search functionality that allows operators to search for tickets that do not have an installer assigned.
This is very useful in determining which tickets still need to be scheduled and assigned to installers.
To make use of this feature:
1. Go to => Maintenance
2. Change the dropdown Assigned Installer to the “Unassigned” option
