2022-2Q: [EUP] End User Portal payment notifications

We have added a new setting that allows an operator to specify the email address for the End User Portal payment notification emails. If set it will override the current email address receiving these emails.

To make use of this feature:

1. Go to => Modify SPID

2. Enter the desired email address in the “Operator payment received email address” field

To turn off these emails completely it is possible to change the “Operator payment received email” to “off”
