2022-1Q: [EUP] Electronic document dynamic fields EUP

A new feature has been added that allows you to collect dynamic fields from documents sent to customers for signing (https://wiki.azotel.com/eup-signature-collection).

This feature can be useful if you want a customer to sign a document and answer some questions or fill in any information, once the customer has completed the form SIMPLer will send a copy of the document to the customer and to the operator, the document will also be downloadable under the customers account in SIMPLer.

No additional configuration is needed for this to work, it will automatically work with any configured dynamic fields on electronic documents, more information on electronic documents and dynamic fields can be found at following link (https://wiki.azotel.com/electronic-document-custom-fields).
