2022-1Q: [ACC] First Payments Report

A new report has been added to SIMPLer which enables an operator to download a spreadsheet for new customers showing when their first payment was made.

This is useful for tracking how fast installations are done after the date customers have made their first payments.

To make use of this feature:

1. Go to => Tools => Reports

Select “First Payments” Report and filter based on your requirements.

The “Date Used” option can either be from the customer’s Start Date or the Initial Contact Date

It is also possible to set up a cronjob

=> Settings => Cronjobs

Add a new row and select “Auto Reports”. Select Report “First Payments”
