2021-4Q: [CRM] Generate link to Electronic Document

A new feature has been added to SIMPLer which allows an operator to generate a link to an electronic document that needs signing.

This is useful when wanting to manually email or SMS a customer.

To make use of this feature:

1. Go to the customer account page and under “Generate Electronic Documents” click “Send document to customer”

2. Check the box “Generate Link Only” and select the Document that you would like to generate a link for and click “Send Document

3. A document link will appear which you are then able to manually copy.

Alternatively close this window and the link can be automatically copied from copy icon under the “Pending Customer Documents” section
