2021-4Q: [CRM] Automatic email when maintenance ticket changed to waiting for customer

A new feature has been added to enhance communication to customers with the maintenance ticket functionality.

When a maintenance ticket status is changed to “waiting for customer” an automatic email can now be sent to the customer.

To make use of this feature:

1. => Modify WISP

Search for “Send Customer email on waiting for customer maintenance status change” and change the dropdown to “on”

2. Still within WISP settings configure the email under Operator Emails / SMS.

This should be defined as type “maintenance_waitingforcustomer_email”
