2021-3Q: [INST] Hide Installer

SIMPLer has added ability to hide installers that are no longer active. This is useful when needing to keep historical records of installers but not wanting them to appear in dropdown lists.

To make use of this feature:

1. Hover over "Maintenance" and click => Installers

2. Click "E" next to the installer you wish to hide

3. Change their status from "active" to "hidden"
