2021-3Q: [CRM] Maintenance Tickets - Customer Routing Options

A new feature has been added to enhance the maintenance ticket functionality. It allows for an operator to automatically send predefined emails, per ticket type, upon a ticket being opened and / or closed.

To make use of this feature:

1. Hover over "Maintenance" and click => Ticket Types

2. Search for the ticket type you would like to adjust

3. Under "Customer Email Settings" enter a Default Email Title and the Default Email Message (html can be used) for (On Open) and / or (On Close)

4. Set the flag under "Email Notifications" depending on which email message/s you would like to be sent
