2021-3Q: [CRM] Default EUP Visibility for Maintenance Tickets

A new feature has been added to enhance the maintenance ticket functionality. It allows an operator to automatically set a ticket type to whether it should be displayed on the End User Portal or not.

To make use of this feature:

1. Hover over "Maintenance" => Ticket Types

2. Search for the ticket type you wish to set the default EUP visibility for

3. Toggle Default EUP Visibility to "Yes" to be displayed on the EUP or to "No" to be hidden
