2021-3Q: [ACC] Authorize.net - Configure Declines

A new feature has been added to avoid Authorize.net from marking transactions as fraudulent when many declines happen in a batch during auto-payment.

To make use of this feature:

1. Click => Settings => Payment Gateways

2. Configure the following 2 fields

• DECLINES_ALLOWED_PER_PERIOD - this defines the number of declines that are allowed within the specified period of time (setting below)

  • We suggest that you set this to 20

• DECLINES_PERIOD_IN_SECONDS

  • We suggest that you set this to 90
