2020-3Q: Show or Hide Payment Types on the EUP

A new feature has been added to allow an operator the ability of controlling what payment types are displayed on the End User Portal.

To make use of this feature:

1. Click => Settings

=> Payment Types

2. Under the column "EUP Hidden" tick the payment type/s that you do not wish to display on the EUP
