2020-3Q: Reports - Ticket Repeat Offenders

A new feature has been added to enhance reporting on tickets. It allows for an operator to flag "repeat offenders" - customers who have opened a (x) number of trouble tickets within a specified number of days.

To make use of this feature:

1. Go to Tools, Reports

2. Select "Ticket - Repeat Offenders"

Enter in preferences for "Last X days" and "Minimum of Trouble Tickets submitted"

Click "Generate"

This file can then be downloaded as an XLS spreadsheet
