2020-3Q: Reports - Ticket Repeat Offenders
A new feature has been added to enhance reporting on tickets. It allows for an operator to flag "repeat offenders" - customers who have opened a (x) number of trouble tickets within a specified number of days.
To make use of this feature:
Go to Tools > Reports
Select "Ticket - Repeat Offenders"
Enter in preferences for "Last X days" and "Minimum of Trouble Tickets submitted"
select Ticket Types that you wish to run the report for.
To select more than one ticket type select one and using CTRL (Windows) or CMD (Mac) make multiple selections
Click "Generate":
This file can then be downloaded as an XLS spreadsheet or emailed to yourself
