2020-2Q: Ability to Search for Maintenance Tickets in Last Number of Days
A new feature has been added to enhance the functionality of searching for maintenance tickets actioned in the last “x” days.
Operators are now able select the view tickets created / updated / closed in the past based on their choice of number of days.
To make use of this feature:
1. Click => Maintenance
2. Under “User Details” select options as in the figure below.
