2020-1Q: SIMPLer: Aged Debtor Periods

A new feature has been added to enhance the aged debtor functionality. It allows for an operator to run aged debtor periods based on the calendar month instead of days back.

To make use of this feature:

1. Select "calendar month" from the scrolling list on the "aged debtor page'
