2020-1Q: BILLING: List Pending Subscription under Customer Details page

A new feature has been added to allow for an operator to view "pending subscriptions".

This is useful for an operator to keep track of a customer's subscription that has yet to begin and the date in the future is unknown.

This information can be found under the "Customer Billing Details" section on the Customer page.

Fig 1 Subscription Details

Subscription Type can be modified in the Customer Subscription Table so that they are pending.

When the subscription needs to be activated the Subscription Type is changed to "Recurring", etc.
