2020-1Q: Ability to Control Email Notification Options for Maintenance Tickets

A new feature has been added to allow email notification options to be customised for maintenance tickets.

It allows for an operator to customise whether an email is sent based on 3 variables. When a ticket is Opened, Updated and / or Closed.

To make use of this feature:

1. Go to

=> Maintenance

=> Ticket Types

Fig 1. Select Ticket Types

2. Choose whether you would like to receive email notifications when a ticket is Opened, Updated and / or Closed.

** By default all 3 options will be selected
