2019-4Q: SIMPLer: Subscription Custom Fields

A new feature has been added that allows Operators to define and use custom fields per customer subscription (useful when you need for example to associate a contract with a given product for a give customer)

To make use of this feature:

1. Define custom field with "availability" : "subscriptions"
