2019-4Q: SIMPLer: Filter Invoices by Groups

New feature has been added to allow Operators to filter the invoices on the "Generate Invoices" page by group

To make use of this feature:

1. Go to Invoices -> Generate Invoices page

2. Select groups to be shown on the page and click "Filter"
