2019-4Q: SIMPLer: Default Payment Type - Blank

A new feature has been added that will allow Operators to set the payment type on payment pages to blank as default. This is to enforce CSRs to select payment type from the list instead of relying of default "cash" payment method

To make use of this feature:

1. Go to Settings -> Payment Types

2. Check the box "Default Blank on Selection Lists"

3. On any page that allows the payment type selection it should be blank by default
