2019-4Q: Network Health Monitor Updates

Two minor updates have been made to the Tools -> Network Health Monitor page in SIMPLer:

1. Parent field

If the "parent" of a failing piece of equipment is known (i.e. the parent field on the equipment details is set), this will be displayed in the new Parent column on the Network Heath Monitor page.

2. Ping button

A new "ping" button has been added beside the IP for any equipment listed on the Network Health Page. This will allow the operator to ping the equipment (from the WIB) to quickly check if the equipment is still failing.
