2019-3Q: SIMPLer: Restart Subscription Every Year

A new feature has been added to enhance the billing functionality. It allows for an operator to set a subscription to restart every year. When subscription has valid dates set (ie.valid_from and valid_to) dates and you want this to restart every year simply check the box "Restart Every Year' under specific subscription as shown on the picture below
