2019-3Q: SIMPLer: Mass Note

A new feature has been added to allow Operators to create mass note for a given list of customers. This can be set on customer accounts from the main customer search page

To make use of this feature:

1. Search for the specific group pf customers

2. Type in note title & description and click "Create Mass Note" to send note to customers
