2019-2Q: SIMPLer: Maintenance Subtype Mandatory
A new feature has been added to enhance the ticket functionality. It allows for an operator to make the ticket subtypes mandatory
To make use of this feature:
1. Go to Maintenance -> Ticket Types
2. For the selected ticket type make its subtype to be mandatory

3. When it is selected then any ticket created will need to have subtype selected.
