2017-2Q: SIMPLer: Enhancements to Last 5 Notes

Some enhancements have been made to the "last 5 notes" section of SIMPLer.

(1) A checkbox has been added to define if a note is a "sticky note". If a note is defined as a "sticky note" it means that the note will always be visible on the customer account, in bold.

(2) A field has been added to define a colour. The colour can be entered in text such as red, or the html colour code. Defining a colour will have the note TEXT appear in that colour.

(3) A field has been added to define if a note is to be displayed at the top of the customers page, the new field is called alert, if a note has this field selected it will be displayed at the top of the customers detail page in red.
