2017-1Q: SIMPLer: Tie ticket type with user group
A new feature has been added to the SIMPLer system that will allow Operators to associate user groups with a ticket type. If user group is defined it can be selected and assigned to a ticket type from "Ticket Types" page.
User groups can be defined under Settings - Manage User Groups.

Maintenance ticket types can be accessed by navigating to the Maintenance - Ticket Types menu.

Assign a user group to the ticket type by clicking on the user group in question and clicking update afterwards.
