2017-1Q: SIMPLer: Tie Ownership with User ID

A new feature has been added to the SIMPLer system that allows Operators to tie the Owner of a ticket with a User ID. You can access the Maintenance Ownership page by navigating to the Maintenance menu and clicking "Ticket Owners".

Previously, operators were able to enter text values to use as ownership values, for example "Team A". This functionality remains, but in order to tie a user ID to the ownership value please select the User ID from the scrolling list and do not update the owner name, as it will be automatically updated to the user ID.
