2016-4Q: Custom Fields Available for General Details Section

A new option has been added to the "custom fields" section of SIMPLer to allow operators to show custom fields in a more prominent place on the customer record (i.e in the general details section) and in a particular colour (red, green or black).

To access this feature please navigate to Settings - Custom Fields.

If you would like one of the fields to appear in the "general details" section of the customer record, rather than the "custom fields" section please choose the appropriate option:

None: Will not appear in the "general details" section of the customer record.

• • Display (RED): Will appear in RED on the general details tab.

  • Display (GREEN): Will appear in GREEN on the general details tab.

  • Display (BLACK): Will appear in BLACK on the general details tab.

Finally, click "update" to register any changes.
