2016-3Q: HTML option for Emails

A new feature has been added to SIMPLer that let's the operator choose what text format should a chosen email type have. To access this feature, simply go to "Settings -> Modify WISP" (Fig.1) and look for "Text Type" drop down list under "Operator Emails" section (Fig.2).

There are 3 option: The default option is blank, meaning the default text format of the email will be taken. "Text/plain" only allows text to be entered into the email. "Text/html" allows the use of HTML language to customize the email (Fig.3).

NOTE: Currently HTML option is only added for all SAND emails and for Invoice email.
