2016-2Q: SIMPLer: Network Scan - Update Frequency / Colour (SSID))

New options have been added to the global WISP settings that will let Operator to scan their basestations for frequency and colour (SSID) information. When enabled, these scripts run once a week, usually at the weekend.

Note that it would work only under certain conditions (ie. correct IP address, SNMP Community, Equipment Type, equipment username & password, enabled SNMP on radio or API on Mikrotik etc)
