2016-2Q: CRM: Default Ticket Type
A new feature has been added to allow operators to define the default maintenance ticket type that will be used when adding a ticket without specifying which type it should be. To avail of this setting please navigate to the Maintenance - Ticket Types page per Fig. 1.

Beside the ticket type that you would like to always be added as default (until a different type is selected) please check the box highlighted in Fig. 2. This type will be selected by default when opening a ticket unless it is manually changed.
