2015-4Q: Network: Equipment Vendor Settings

A new feature has been added to the SIMPLer that allows operator to manage some rudimental settings related to equipment Vendors. The 'Equipment Vendor Settings' page is located under 'Network' section in the menu found on 'Settings' page in SIMPLer.

Currently the page itself enables operators to change the 'Availability' of each equipment type i.e. whether this module should be listed when adding/modyfing equipment in the SIMPler platform. The options available are "enabled" or "disabled". Disabling an option will allow to hide it from view when adding a new piece of equipment and selecting its type.

Note: Once done editing options - do submit the page with the 'Update Settings' button located at the bottom of the page.
