2015-4Q: CRM: Rich text for notes field

A new option has been added to the WISP Settings in SIMPLer that will allow operators to enable rich text on the main customer notes / private notes fields.

The option is called "customer details - HTML rich text notes".

The options available in rich text are shown in Figure 3. For example:

• Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough

• Bullets and numbering

It is important to note that using this option adds HTML code which is not always visible in the browser but it will be stored in the database so it would be visible in various XLS reports.
