2015-4Q: Billing: CAP calculations for negative amount subscriptions
A new option has been added to the WISP Settings that will allow an operator to decide on the behaviour for CREDITS added to a customer account as a NEGATIVE value subscription. If these subscriptions have a traffic allowance applied (e.g 30GB) you can now choose if adding a negative value subscription should or shouldn't carry another round of the customer's traffic limit.
For example, in the case of a customer with a monthly subscription of 30GB, that is discounted by adding a negative line item, the usual behaviour would be that both subscription have a 30GB allowance. To remove the "30GB" from the negative subscription you could set the "CAP calculations for negative amount subscriptions" to "Remove from CAP".
