2015-3Q: Billing: Running Balance for Financials

A new column has been added to the customer statement page on a customer record. The new column is a "balance" column and its purpose is to provide an operator with a running balance after each transaction, and is useful for troubleshooting any over/under payments from the past.

The balance field is highlighted in Fig. 1.
