2015-2Q: Billing: Download Next Invoices

For ease of use, SIMPLer has been enhanced to show an excel icon on the Invoices - Generate First Invoices, and the Invoices - Generate Invoices page.

The new downloadable excel will allow operators to download a spreadsheet of the future charges to review prior to billing, if necessary.
