2015-1Q: SIMPLer: Customer Address Details Settings

A new feature has been added to the SIMPLer system that will allow Operators to modify the importance of the various customer address fields. There are three states available for the address fields:

• • standard (normal) - the field will appear on the customer page as default. It will not be a required field.

  • mandatory - the field will appear on the customer page as default, and will be required in order to add a customer.

  • hidden - the field will not appear on a customer record, by default.

The setting of these fields will be dependent on each operator's requirements. The options can be found under global WISP Settings (Settings -> Modify WISP) (fig.1) and they concern the customer address details found at the Add/Modify Customer page (fig. 2).
